1. Fill out a form
Tell us what your park related request is about.
We will need:
- The location of the park
- The type of request or problem
Include a description and photo to assist with response.
2. Track your case
After you report, you will get a tracking number from 311. You can use this number, and your email address if provided, to track your case online or on the SF311 mobile app.
Expected Response Time
Most park requests will be inspected within 1 business day, including:
- Facility lockout
- Irrigation and flooding
- Lost and found
- Rules violation
- Trash and dumping
Other park requests can take longer:
- Gardening request: 2 business days
- Graffiti: 2 business days
- Signage issue: 2 business days
- Structure or equipment issue: 2 business days
- Pathway issue: 5 business days
- Trash or dumping: varies
