Comply with the Equal Benefits Program

Businesses with City contracts exceeding the Minimum Competitive Amount (currently $230,000) must provide equal benefits to domestic partners, as they would to spouses of employees. You must submit a Declaration confirming that your business complies with the Equal Benefits law. The Declaration is available via your SF City Partner Supplier Portal.
