Depending on volume and classroom availability, most classes are twice/month. Some Epic training classes are offered virtually, while others are in-person at the ZSFG campus (located in the city’s Mission District). Questions about training? Please email Epic.Training@sfdph.org.

After Training, PL(a)Y in the Playground!
PLY is a safe and protected environment that staff can access to play around with Epic functionality. The PLY environment contains test patients that can be used.
The best part about the Playground is that it's wiped clean each night! Anything done in Playground with test patients will reset and can be done again. Please see guides below to learn how to log into the PLY environment and how to log in with training user accounts.
