Submit your application for a sidewalk or parking lane Shared Space.

What to do

1. Gather your information

We will ask you for this information to apply. 

Your business 

  • Your contact information 
  • Your Business Account Number (BAN) (If you don't know it, you can look it up.) 
  • Your hours of operation 
  • Gross receipts from last reported tax year

Your Shared Space 

  • The kind of Shared Spaces permits you want  
  • How you plan to use the space  
  • Feet of sidewalk and square footage you will use 
  • Hours you plan to use the parking lane for a movable parklet 

You must upload your Certificate of Insurance (COI) and some pictures of your space.

This application will take about 20 minutes. Once you start the form, you cannot save it and return later.

We will send you a confirmation email.
