In our unwavering commitment to Treasure Island's vibrant community, we are dedicated to providing pathways of opportunity for our existing Treasure Island residents. We are diligently working to transition households from the aging Navy housing into brand new rental and home-ownership units in our state-of-the-art developments. We understand that different households have different opportunities. Please review the opportunities available to your household among the household types identified
One Treasure Island Households
The One Treasure Island Transition Housing Plan explains the obligations of the One Treasure Island housing providers (Swords to Plowshares, Catholic Charities, Homerise and HealthRight360) to provide a transition unit and moving assistance to their residents. If you are a One TI household, please contact your housing provider if you have questions.
Catholic Charities Households
Star View Court will provide 138 new apartments, including 71 which are set aside for One Treasure Island households currently living on Treasure Island and receiving services from Catholic Charities. Households will begin moving in summer 2024. Learn more about housing at the Star View Court building.
Legacy Households - The Villages
Legacy Households, formerly called "Pre-DDA households", are Villages at Treasure Island households that have an initial occupancy before June 29, 2011
Vested Households - The Villages
Vested Households, formerly called "Post-DDA households", are Villages at Treasure Island households with an initial occupancy between June 29, 2011 and December 19, 2019.
Post-Vested Households - The Villages
Post Vested Households are Villages at Treasure Island households with an initial occupancy after December 19, 2019.
