Coming Soon: Star View Court - Catholic Charities of SF
Mercy Housing California (MHC) is working in partnership with Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of San Francisco to develop Star View Court at 78 Johnson Street on Treasure Island. Construction of Star View Court (Parcel C3.1) began in 2022 and the anticipated completion date is June 2024.
Star View Court will provide 138 new apartments, including 71 which are set aside for families currently living on Treasure Island and receiving services from Catholic Charities. Learn more about housing at the Star View Court building.

The Villages at Treasure Island includes a community of town homes and flats on Treasure Island. Units include:
- Large, private patios and enclosed rear yards
- Resident and guest parking
- Washer and dryer hookups in all the units

One Treasure Island
One Treasure Island is a collaborative of 20 community agencies formed in 1994 to develop the formerly-homeless housing and support component of the Reuse Plan for Treasure Island.
One Treasure Island's partner agencies provide on-Island supportive housing to San Francisco residents: Catholic Charities of San Francisco, HomeRise, Healthright360 and Swords to Plowshares.
