Request naloxone for your community organization, business, or group to distribute in the community. Email overdoseprevention@sfdph.org or visit the BHS Pharmacy.

Please note that an attestation of training (materials are provided on the request form) will be required. The request will take 1-2 weeks to fulfill and instructions for pickup will be provided once the other is ready.

We offer a range of residential treatment services that help people withdrawal, stop using substances, or transition to secure housing, such as:
Withdrawal Management (aka detox)
Overnight treatment facilities to withdrawal from substances in a supervised setting.
Residential Treatment Programs
Stay in a treatment facility.
Residential Step-down Programs
Temporary living for people experiencing homelessness who have completed a residential treatment program.
Start medication to treat an opioid addiction
Start medication to treat an opioid addiction
Drop in at an outpatient clinic to receive medications for addiction treatment as well as counseling for opioid use disorder.
Intake and dosing hours may vary from hours of operation and are subject to change. It’s helpful to call in advance to confirm.
