Learn how the City awards grants and find grant templates. (OCA does not approve grants but provides templates as a courtesy.)

City staff: The standard grant templates below are public versions available for your review. If you need to use a template, download the internal version with City attorney instructions.

OCA does not approve grant agreements unless otherwise noted below. OCA provides template as a courtesy to other departments.

Use this form to submit a request to waive grant solicitation requirements.

Standard City grant templates

Grant Agreement (City is Grantor)

Use the G-100 for grants. Contact the Controller's Office to learn about grant reporting requirements.
Grant Donations (City is Grantor)

Use G-200 when the City is donating goods, including surplus COVID supplies. (Contract must be signed by OCA.)
Grant Amendment (City is Grantor)

Use G-150 to modify existing Grant agreements. Contact the Controller's Office to learn about grant reporting.
