1. Start your day with a great coffee, espresso drink or chai from premiere spots on Market Street like Alfred Coffee, Chai Bar by David Rio or La Cuisine Café; some of the best coffee in San Francisco is found along this corridor.

2. Consider taking your coffee to go and stroll through the public art at Trinity Plaza's Piazza Angelo. Among the awe-inspiring sculptures is Venus, which at 92 feet tall is only slightly shorter than the Statue of Liberty.

3. After an immersive art experience, shop for some wonderful pieces for your wardrobe or home. Mid Market has been a destination for streetwear for more than 50 years. Trendsetters shop SupremeThrasher Magazine's 66 6th St.BAITOxford StreetHoly Stitch and Shiekh Shoes, which are all found within a three block radius from one another.

4. If all that shopping has made you hungry, be sure to head to lunch at celebrated spots such as the award-winning Montesaco Pinersia (don't miss the Roman style pizza known as pinsa) and the Julia Child-loved Tú Lan (she ordered the spring rolls), both of which can be found on the 6th Street corridor.

5. If you're a cannabis connoisseur, you won't want to miss spots like Moe Greens and Barbary Coast, both of which boast swanky cannabis lounges.

6. Afterwards take a jaunt down to The Mint (also known as The Old Mint), built in the Greek Revival style, it was once home to the U.S. Treasury. It now hosts an assortment of public-facing events, such as a very spooky haunted house in October and a very popular NYE ball; see local event calendars to find out what's happening there soon.

7. Just around the corner from The Mint, you'll find a great public gathering space and delicious spots to stop for dinner: Mint Plaza. Consider visiting 54 Mint, which is known for its delicious Italian dishes and beautifully crafted cocktails or Burma Love, home of the famous tea leaf salad.

8. Finish your day with a world-class performance; Mid Market spots include the Golden Gate Theatre and Orpheum Theatre, known to host the latest hot Broadway shows; The Warfield, which features some of the biggest names in music; and The Strand Theater, a beautiful venue that serves as home to American Conservatory Theater, which produces some of the most popular plays in the City. Or if you're looking to laugh, don't miss comedy club The Function.

9. If seeking a night cap, don't miss the premiere rooftop destinations: Charmaine's at The Proper Hotel and Rise Over Run at The LINE Hotel. Both spots offer sweeping views of the City, beautifully crafted cocktails, and special events like DJ nights.

Mid Market is named after Market St, a major transit artery in San Francisco. It is widely and easily accessible via BART (Civic Center Station), Muni (Van Ness or Civic Center stations), and dozens of bus lines.
