Workforce directives

The Office of Economic and Workforce Development (OEWD) is responsible for disseminating policy guidance to the workforce development community. The process of developing policy includes an opportunity for the workforce community to review and comment on draft directives.

Quarter 1 (July-September) 

  • Submit Annual Program Outcome Projections 
  • OST Provider – Training Date and Curriculum Submittal 
  • End of Month – Data Wrap-Up 
  • End of Quarter – Quarterly Narrative Submittal 

Quarter 2 (October-December) 

  • OEWD Issues Performance Improve Notice (As-needed) 
  • Program Monitoring Desk Review and Training (Pre-Monitoring) 
  • End of Month – Data Wrap-Up 
  • End of Quarter – Quarterly Narrative Submittal 

Quarter 3 (January-March) 

  • Program Monitoring File Review and Client Interviews (Monitoring) 
  • End of Month – Data Wrap-Up 
  • End of Quarter – Quarterly Narrative Submittal 

Quarter 4 (April-June) 

  • End of Month – Data Wrap-Up 
  • Funding Award Memos Released and Contract Negotiation Begins 
  • Finalize Scope of Work Grant Agreement  
  • Close Year-End Data and Identify Continued Clients 
  • OEWD Issues Performance Improve Notice (As-needed) 
  • End of Quarter – Quarterly Narrative Submittal
