Get technical assistance as an Equity Applicant

The Office of Cannabis partners with the Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) Lawyer Referral and Information Service (LRIS) and BASF’s Cannabis Law Section to provide San Francisco’s verified equity applicants with free legal services primarily focused in the areas of business formation, contract review, compliance review, and guidance on permitting and licensing.  Legal services specifically related to business disputes between parties are outside of the scope of this program. However, the LRIS may connect callers inquiring about disputed matters with private referrals to qualified attorneys on a fee basis.
