Contractor Accelerated Payment Program (CAPP)

CAPP provides working capital loans to San Francisco LBE contractors who are awarded City construction contracts as a prime or a subcontractor.

What to do

Applicants must enroll and participate in the Contractor Development Program (CDP) before receiving a CAPP loan.  Please contact Jennifer Elmore at jelmore@imwis.com to get started on accessing CDP services which include bonding assistance, technical support, and mentoring opportunities.

The Contractor Accelerated Payment Program (CAPP) was initiated in 2019 with $1MM in seed capital from the SF Community Investment Fund.
