The Refuse Rates Board will hear the Refuse Rates Administrator’s Proposed Rate Order and Alternative Proposals to Recology's rate request for rate years ending in 2024 and 2025. This meeting will be accessible and open for the public.

Members of the public will have opportunities to participate during public comment. We ask the public to wait for the agenda item before making a comment on that item. Comments will be addressed in the order they are received.

The San Francisco Controller's Office of the Refuse Rates Administrator will hold a virtual public hearing on May 25th from 9am - 1pm to evaluate rate year 2024 and 2025 proposals from Recology and compare them with modified proposals from the Refuse Rates Administrator. A full agenda, related files, and links to attend virtually will be posted in advance of the hearing.
