Portico/Treasure Island – Parcel C3.4 Landscape/Irrigation and Site Furnishings Award Package

Suffolk is requesting a final bid for Treasure Island – Parcel C3.4 project located on Treasure Island in San Francisco, CA.  Project is New Construction of a 100% privately funded, Type IIIA + VA over IA, 4-6 story residential condominium building consisting of 148 dwelling units with 1 level of below grade parking.

Proposals are due on February 17, 2023.  RFIs are due by February 13, 2023.

Overview

Treasure Island Community Development (TICD) issues and manages contracts for the TI/YBI Development Project's physical construction and improvements, including:

  • Abatement
  • Demolition
  • Construction
  • Streets installation
  • Utility systems installation

Creating contracting opportunities for small business professionals is an objective of the Development Project.

The Jobs and Equal Opportunities Program (the "Jobs EOP") establishes small business policies and participation goals for the Development Project's Covered Work, including:

  • Employment
  • Contract and economic development provisions
  • Participation Goals for Small Business Enterprise

Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Procedures

You must follow the SBE Procedures to compete for opportunities and participate in the development project.
