Treasure Island Community Development is currently requesting bid proposals for construction of Treasure Island Cultural Park and Yerba Buena Island Beach Park complete including wet utilities, dry utilities, structural concrete, architectural concrete, paving, hardscape, electrical & lighting, Joint trench, site furnishings, planting, irrigation and landscaping.

Overview

Treasure Island Community Development (TICD) issues and manages contracts for the TI/YBI Development Project's physical construction and improvements, including:

  • Abatement
  • Demolition
  • Construction
  • Streets installation
  • Utility systems installation

Creating contracting opportunities for small business professionals is an objective of the Development Project.

All contractors must follow the SBE Procedures to compete for opportunities and to participate in the development project. 

The Jobs and Equal Opportunities Program (the "Jobs EOP") establishes small business policies and participation goals for the Development Project's Covered Work, including:

  • Employment
  • Contract and economic development provisions
  • Participation Goals for Small Business Enterprise
