承包商發展計畫 (CDP) 管理 RFP，2021 年

風險管理部門正在為舊金山的擔保和財務援助計劃（也稱為承包商發展計劃）尋找供應商。

承包商發展計畫為當地經過認證的承包商和分包商提供能力建設支援。 CDP 提供財政援助、聯繫援助、培訓和技術援助。

CDP 促進小型企業的成長和獨立。它可以幫助他們應對在競爭曼城合約時可能面臨的挑戰。

CDP 由風險管理和合約監控部門負責營運。

期限：非排他性，原始期限為 3 年。市府可選擇將期限再延長 3 年，總計 6 年。

可用資金：不超過（“NTE”）金額將根據提案確定
