Indoor dining will be suspended. Movie theaters and gyms will have lower capacity limits. High school reopenings will be paused. These changes will take effect Friday, November 13.
Guidance from SF Department of Public Health and the Association of Bay Area Health Officers includes a recommendation to quarantine for 14 days after traveling outside the Bay Area.
Indoor pools, bowling alleys, and gym locker rooms will not be allowed to reopen. Indoor dining will not get increased capacity. Expanded film production and limited indoor dining at museums will be allowed on November 3.
Everyone must wear face coverings. Non-essential offices can reopen with limited capacity. Indoor gyms have increased capacity. Some personal care services that involve the face are allowed.
