Submit a scheduling request for the Mayor

Request a meeting with Mayor Lurie or invite him to attend or participate in your event.

What to do

1. Prepare your information

Meetings

For meetings, include the following information in your email:

  • Meeting date
  • Description of meeting and what you'd like to discuss
  • Other meeting attendees
  • Location

Events

For events, include the following information in your email:

  • Name, phone number, and email of point of contact
  • Date, start and end time of the event
  • Type of event (for example, meeting, reception, ribbon cutting)
  • Location of the event
  • Suggested attire
  • Description the event run of show
  • Other notable attendees or elected officials are joining (if any)
  • The mayor's expected responsibilities
  • Will there be press in attendance?
  • Will anyone be honored at this event? If so, who?

Once you have your information ready, send an email to scheduling@sfgov.org .
