Register your business

Apply for your health permit

Application fee varies.

To apply for a health permit to operate, provide:

  • Two sets of schematic drawings of the vehicle
  • Interior and exterior photos of the vehicle
  • A copy of the menu

Inspection

An inspector will review the application and will contact you to schedule an appointment to inspect your mobile food facility.

Pay your permit fees

You will pay a pro-rated annual license fee with the City's Treasurer and Tax Collector office.

Once you have paid your fees, you will receive a Health Permit to Operate.

Make sure you submit a copy of your Health Permit to the Department of Public Works when applying for a street permit.
