We now expect notifications to go out by Friday, April 14, 2023. Please look out for updates from oewd.procurement@sfgov.org as you may receive a notice sooner.  All other applicants have been notified.

3/8/2023 (10:00 PM) – Update to Grantee Selection and Award Notification timeline (Economic Recovery and Regeneration and Community Economic Development grants):

Please note that the award notifications for Economic Recovery and Regeneration and Community Economic Development grants have been delayed. We now expect notifications to go out by Friday, March 24, 2023. Please look out for updates from oewd.procurement@sfgov.org as you may receive a notice sooner.

2/16/2023 (7:00 PM) – Update to Program Area M Minimum Qualifications:

• Program Area M, Noe Valley Townsquare Activations (pp. 64-65 of the RFP), no longer includes the following Minimum Qualification: "Applicant’s project team must include individuals with linguistic and cultural capacity to serve Arabic speaking businesses."

2/1/2023 (11:00 PM) – The following updates have been published:

• Link to a recording of the Technical Assistance Conference that took place on January 30, 2023
• Presentation that was used for the Technical Assistance Conference
• The first version of the Q&A log

1/26/2023 (9:30 PM) – The following updates have been published:

• Online application for RFP 225 has been posted in the "Apply" section above.
• Applicants can now register for additional drop-in technical assistance sessions by clicking any of the links listed under "Technical Assistance," below.
• A revised version of RFP 225 and Appendix A have been published in the "Documents" section above.

• Substantive changes to RFP 225:

  • Program Area A:

    • Page 14 - Adjustments to the language regarding "Initial Funding Awards," and the addition of new language on "Grant Renewals."

    • Page 17 - Clarifications to the eligibility criteria for the organization leading the project for bullet point 2.

  • Prevailing Wage language has been added to the following program areas, in the event a proposed project involves construction or maintenance activities that are covered under local, state and federal prevailing wage policies:

    • Page 42 - Program Area G - District 7 Economic Recovery Activities
    • Page 65 - Program Area M - Noe Valley Townsquare Activations
    • Page 81 - Program Area S - Lower Fillmore Neighborhood Strengthening, Stabilization, and Capacity Building

  • For Program Area A applicants:
    • Page 7 - Eligibility language has been updated.
    • Question #4 and Question #5 have been consolidated for clarity.
    • Page 9 - Further guidance has been added to show applicants how to locate their organization's Healthy Places Index Tract.
