Resources for One Treasure Island permanent supportive housing residents

The One Treasure Island Transition Housing Plan explains the obligations of the One Treasure Island housing providers to provide a transition unit and moving assistance to their residents.  This plan is only applicable to residents of One Treasure Island partner agency housing.

Resources for Villages at Treasure Island market-rate housing residents

The THRRs describe specify eligibility criteria for transitioning households, defines transition benefits, and outline the procedures by which Transitioning Households will be offered Transition Benefits.  The THRRs are only applicable to residents of the Villages at Treasure Island.

Approving the Second Amendment to amend and restate the Transition Housing Rules and Regulations in order to provide Post-DDA Households premarketing opportunities for market-rate housing and receive priority in newly constructed affordable housing opportunities when income-qualified but subordinate to Pre-DDA Households housing benefits.
