2,419 deaths occurring in San Francisco were reported to the OCME. Of those deaths, 1,500 were investigated by the OCME. Additionally, 1,156 postmortem cases were received for forensic toxicology testing, in addition to human performance cases (including driving under the influence and drug-facilitated sexual assaults).

2,667 deaths or 48% of all deaths occurring in San Francisco were reported to the OCME. Of those deaths, 1,284 or approximately 23% were investigated by the OCME. Additionally, 1,749 postmortem and human performance cases (including public intoxication, driving under the influence, and drug-facilitated sexual assaults) were received for forensic toxicology testing.

2,755 deaths or 44% of all deaths occurring in San Francisco were reported to the OCME. Of those deaths, 1,120 or approximately 18% were investigated by the OCME.

4,184 deaths or 68% of all deaths occurring in San Francisco were reported to the OCME. Of those deaths, 1,160 or approximately 19% were investigated by the OCME.

4,251 deaths or 69% of all deaths occurring in San Francisco were reported to the OCME. Of those deaths, 1,227 or approximately 20% were investigated by the OCME.

4,049 deaths or 68% of all deaths occurring in San Francisco were reported to the OCME. Of those deaths, 1,160 or approximately 20% were investigated by the OCME.

4,443 deaths or 78% of all deaths occurring in San Francisco were reported to the OCME. Of those deaths, 1,179 or approximately 21% were investigated by the OCME.

4,432 deaths or 74% of all deaths occurring in San Francisco were reported to the OCME. Of those deaths, 1,213 or approximately 20% were investigated by the OCME.
