Annual Reports
HSH submits a report for each calendar year on contracts awarded under the City’s streamlined contracting process for homeless services and shelters.
Annual LAO Compliance Report for FY 2023-2024 Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH)
HSH provides information to the Board of Supervisors each year on any sole source contracts the Department enters.
In accordance with Ordinance 069-24, this memo provides an annual report of relocation services provided by the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH) and the Human Services Agency (HSA).
Other Reports
HSH published a report on December 30, 2022, to directly respond to the requirements of the A Place for All legislation. This ordinance required a report on what it would cost to eliminate unsheltered homelessness in San Francisco within three years. The report is not the Citywide Strategic Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness, which was published in early 2023.
