Applies when you have $25,000 in cumulative annual business ($50K for nonprofits) and more than 20 employees.
Comply with the Sweatfree Contracting Ordinance
If your contract involves apparel, submit a supply chain diagram to show you are not using sweatshop labor.

False claims
Imposes liability if a vendor files a false claim for payment or approval of payment against the City.
Guaranteed maximum costs
Notifies vendors that the City's obligation shall not exceed the amount of the contract.
Limitations on contributions
Prohibits vendors from making campaign contributions to a City official who has authority over the contract.
MacBride Principles
The City encourages vendors to abide by the MacBride Principles, which relate to Northern Ireland.
