What to do
1. Choose the stall size you want
The cost depends on the size of the stall.
- 10 X 10 feet = $45 each day
- 10 X 20 feet = $60 each day
- 10 X 30 feet = $75 each day
2. Call to request a spot or add your name to a waiting list (optional)
You can request a stall in a specific area, but we may not be able to give it to you. We assign stalls based on the needs of the whole market. If the stall you want isn’t available, ask to get on a waiting list.

3. Add up the costs
Decide how many days you want to sell during the next month.
Then, multiply the number of days times the cost for the size of your stall.
Example: If you have a 10 x 20 foot stall and want to sell 4 days next month, you would multiply 4 x $60 = $240
4. Pay for your stall
Remember that you need to pay all stall fees in advance

You can request a stall in a specific spot, but we may not be able to give it to you. We assign stalls based on the needs of the whole market. If the stall you want isn’t available, ask to get on a waiting list.

3. Plan the number of days you will sell next month and add up the costs
Decide how many days you want to sell during the next month.
Then, multiply the number of days times the cost for the size of your stall.
Example: If you have a 10 x 20 foot stall and want to sell 4 days next month, you would multiply 4 x $60 = $240
4. Pay for your stall
Remember that you need to pay by the 28th day of the month before you want to sell.
Write a letter that says:
- Your name
- Stall size
- The number of days you want to sell
Make out a check to "The City and County of San Francisco."
