SHERIFF’S OFFICE REPORT

Nick Gregoratos, Melinda Benson, and Asia Harrington from the Sheriff’s Office Prisoner Legal Services (PLS) Department appeared and presented on what PLS does for incarcerated individuals.

Erick Baltazar, Chief Investigator for DPA, appeared and gave a presentation on how investigations are handled when received by DPA.

QUARTERLY REPORT

Discussion and review of the draft reports for submission to the Sheriff’s Office and the Board of Supervisors pursuant to SF Charter 4.137 by Member Wechter, Member Afuhaamango, Member Brookter, and President Soo.

Motion to adopt the posted Q3 report with the change to add “San Francisco Sheriff’s Office (SFSO)” before County Jail #3 and “SFSO” before jail conditions under SDOB Community Outreach by Member Brookter, seconded by Member Afuhaamango.
