About
The Local Business Enterprise Advisory Committee (LBEAC) includes 14 members who represent LBE-certified firms and City departments. We advise the City Administrator and the CMD Director on issues affecting small businesses and the 14B Local Business Enterprise Ordinance and suggest changes to City policies.
