Who we are
The Local Business Enterprise Advisory Committee (LBEAC) includes 15 members representing LBE-certified firms and City departments.
We advise the City Administrator and the Director of the Contract Monitoring Division on how to carry out the 14B Local Business Enterprise Ordinance and on any proposed changes to the law.
