Findings to allow teleconferenced meetings under California Government Code Section 54953(e)
The Commission will discuss and possibly adopt a resolution setting forth findings required under Assembly Bill 361 that would allow the commission and its subcommittees to hold meetings remotely according to the modified Brown Act teleconferencing requirements set forth in AB 361.

Action: To adopt a resolution setting forth findings required under Assembly Bill 361.

A. Presentation by the Department of Disability and Aging Services
The Department of Disability and Aging Services will present on the work of their department, including the services they offer and demographic research on gaps in services for older people and adults with disabilities. In addition, they will speak on how the Department and Commission can specifically support their work and potential opportunities for collaboration.
Speakers: Jill Nielson, Deputy Director for the Department of Disability and Aging Services.

This item allows members of the public to address the Commission on matters that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Commission and that do not appear on the agenda, as well as to suggest new agenda items for future meetings.
