      During last week’s subcommittee meeting, Members discussed issues related to staff training, animals, and behavioral health services at shelters.  To help the Committee decide whether and when to begin taking complaints from Navigation Centers, HSH has put the SMC on the agenda of its December 7 meeting with shelter program managers.
