B. Competitive Solicitation Requirement Waiver Request for Black Women Revolt Against Domestic Violence 

The Commission will discuss and possibly adopt a resolution approving waiver of the competitive solicitation requirement for a grant to Black Women Revolt Against Domestic Violence under Chapter 21G of the Administrative Code.

C. Presentation on Reproductive Rights for Incarcerated Women 

Daisha Duffin from the Department on the Status of Women will present about reproductive rights for incarcerated women, including access to an abortion since the Dobbs decision.
