Commission on the Status of Women Regular July Meeting

The Commission will review and possibly approve minutes from the regular Commission meeting on June 26, 2024.

Director Kimberly Ellis may discuss grant programs; core service area activities; meetings involving City leaders, agencies, and stakeholders; Department staff; past/upcoming events; and/or Department operations.

A. Presentation from Oasis for Girls

Director LaVonda Baldwin will discuss her background and the mission of Oasis for Girls. She will give a presentation on some of the current initiatives that the organization is working on or has in place. Additionally, she might discuss some potential areas of collaboration with DOSW as well as support that might be needed from the Department.

B. FY 23-24 SOLE SOURCE REPORTING                                                                                                                               

Department staff will present the list of FY 23-24 Sole Source contracts.
