The public may address the Committee on any matter within the jurisdiction of the Committee. This should not relate to any item on this agenda since the Committee will take public comment after it discusses and before voting on each agenda item.

The Committee requests that speakers limit themselves to three minutes.

Diane Serafini -- Resolution to propose that the City and County of San Francisco make it a daily priority to issue tickets to all vehicles parked in bike lanes, including delivery vans.

Brandon Powell -- Resolution to oppose the reintroduction of left turns to Valencia Street between 15th and 23rd Streets.

(Resolution Review): Diane Serafini – Resolution to propose that the Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco, support this resolution and contact the California state representatives: Assemblymember Matt Haney, District 17, Assemblymember Catherine Stefani, District 19 and State Senator, Scott Weiner, District 11 to encourage the State of California to adopt additional safety standards for autonomous vehicles.
