II. OLD BUSINESS/ REPORTS
A. TRAINING FOR SHELTER STAFF Discussion/Action
Subcommittee Members 10 min
The Subcommittee will continue discussing ways to encourage more training for shelter staff and consider proposals that might be placed before the full Committee.

B. NAVIGATION CENTER PLANNING Discussion/Action
Subcommittee Members 10 min
Subcommittee Members will discuss revisions to the Standards of Care, as well as what other next steps should be along the road to begin monitoring Navigation Centers.
Explanatory document - SEC. 20.404 (Standards of Care)
Public Comment will be heard before the proposed action.
Proposed Action: Vote to send proposed change to the Committee for approval.
III. NEW BUSINESS
A. CONFIDENTIALITY TRAINING Asst. City Attorney 20 min
The Assistant City Attorney will provide training for Members who have not had this already.

B. ESCALATION OF REPEAT SOC VIOLATIONS Discussion/Action
Subcommittee Chair Plunkett 10 min
The Subcommittee will consider what escalatory measures to take when Standard of Care violations are not addressed, i.e., when there is a series of violations of the same SOC.
Public Comment will be taken before any action.
Proposed Action: Vote on whether to send a specific recommendation to the full Committee.
C. FREQUENCY OF FAMILY SHELTER INSPECTIONS Discussion/Action
Subcommittee Chair Plunkett 10 min
The Subcommittee will continue discussing ways to encourage more training for shelter staff and consider proposals that might be placed before the full Committee.
