Overview
- This meeting begins at 3pm.
- A detailed DPH budget update on the budget process, including position reductions, will be provided at this meeting as a discussion-only item.
- The Health Commission will not be voting on the DPH budget, clinic closures, or staff reductions reviewed in this meeting because the Commission already approved the FY26-28 DPH budget at its March 2, 2026 meeting.
- The next public policy body to vote on the DPH budget will be the Board of Supervisors when they review and vote on the City budget at its 6/11/26 and 6/26/26 meetings.
- The Beilenson Hearing for the Managed Alcohol Program (MAP), originally scheduled for the 4/20/26 Health Commission meeting, has been postponed until the May 18, 2026 Health Commission meeting.

Public comment is allowed in relation to each agenda item, and the Secretary of the Health Commission will indicate when public comment is to occur for each item, as listed on the agenda below and for each item where public comment is not specifically listed. Members of the public attending the meeting in person will have an opportunity to provide public comment on each item. Remote public comment is available only to those requiring accommodation due to a disability and cannot attend in-person. Each member of the public providing public comment, whether attending remotely or in person, may address the Commission for up to three minutes per agenda item. Please see Page 8 of the agenda for instructions on how to access the meeting remotely to observe the meeting and/or to request accommodation for remote public comment.
