Alice Griffith Community Wellness Center

The Alice Griffith Wellness Center is one of four clinics that provides behavioral health care, nursing services to assist with health care needs, and wellness programs to support the well-being of people living in Hope SF Communities (Alice Griffith, Hunters View, Sunnydale, Potrero Hill). 

Hope SF clinics are operated by the Community Wellness Program, a partnership between SFDPH and Urban Services YMCA. 

Services include:  

• Health education and promotion  
• Assessments
• Physical activity classes 
• Medication support
• Wellness activities 
• Community events 
• Support groups 
• Case management (assessing needs, coordinating care, and connecting to other services) 
• Individual and group therapy 
• Crisis services 
• Referrals to primary care 
• Chronic disease and acute illness management 
• Preventative and sexual healthcare 
• Older adult care 
• Persons living with disabilities care  
• COVID19 testing
