Lan Huynh Lee

In her 15th season at the San Francisco Giants, Lan oversees the organization’s people operations and talent strategy. She has extensive experience in the sports, entertainment and consulting sectors implementing innovative people strategies and building high performing teams. Lan is an active member of the organization’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion council and played a critical role in the development of the organization’s DE&I strategy over the last several years. She is a values-driven leader committed to creating a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace for the employees that call Oracle Park home.

Lan is a graduate of the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and is active in the local community supporting organizations focused on resources for youth and workforce and community development. She is a Leadership San Francisco alum and resides in San Francisco with her husband and their two children, Harper & Hayes.
