Rent Stabilization Grant

Landlords of San Francisco Legacy Businesses may be able to get this grant every year. It is to help Legacy Businesses stay open in San Francisco. Landlords must offer a new lease of 10+ years or extend an existing lease to 10+ years.

NEW APPLICATIONS:

The Legacy Business Program is not currently accepting new applications for the Rent Stabilization Grant. Please check back on August 1, 2024, after the City's 2024-25 budget has been approved.
