Property owners of San Francisco Legacy Businesses can re-apply every year for their existing Rent Stabilization Grant.

Re-applications

Re-applications are paused.

You must re-apply each year to continue your existing Business Stabilization Grant. We will open applications for Fiscal Year 2026-27 in July 2026. Check back soon.

If you are a property owner who provided a Legacy Business with a new long-term lease of 10 or more years or extended an existing lease with a Legacy Business to 10 or more years, see the Business Stabilization Grant.
