Treasure Island E1.2 - Owner's & Architect's Consultants

The Project Team requests proposals from qualified firms interested in providing professional consultant services for the design and construction of Treasure Island E1.2 Senior located on Treasure Island.  The project consists of the construction of a new, approximately 120-unit senior rental apartment building with parking and services on the ground floor. This RFP seeks professional consultant services for assistance during schematic design through construction administration. The San Francisco Contract Monitoring Division (“CMD”) has assigned an SBE participating goal for professional services contracting of 20% for this Project.

1234 Great Highway - GC

Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation (TNDC) and Self-Help for Elderly (SHE) request proposals from qualified construction firms to provide General Contracting Pre-Construction services for the design and construction of 1234 Great Highway, a mixed-use, 100% affordable senior housing project. TNDC and SHE are seeking General Contractor(s) with extensive experience providing superior Pre-Construction services to complex affordable housing developments in the San Francisco Bay Area. Detailed cost estimating, design development constructability analysis, logistics, expertise in BIM, design build strategies and a collaborative approach to construction and development, are critical qualities necessary for the success of this project.

1515 South Van Ness is a 100% affordable housing project.  Demolish Existing Commercial Building and Construct a Building Consisting Of 9 Stories of Type IA Construction. The Ground Floor Will Host Residential Service, Common Spaces, An Early Learning Center, and A Community Serving Nonprofit Retail Space. Floors 2-9 Will Contain Residential Units, Yielding 168 Units. Outdoor Space Include a Large Courtyard on The Ground Floor and A Terrace on Level 9. 1. DEMO PHASE 1: Will Consist of Building Demolition Only Under a Separate Permit. Existing Basement Perimeter Wall Along 26th ST And South Van Ness Ave Shall Remain in Place Until Phase 2 Of Demolition. 2. DEMO PHASE 2: Will Consist of All Other Items of Demolition Except For Building as Noted In Phase 1 Demolition. Phase 2 Demolition to Be Part Of 1515 South Van Ness Affordable Housing Permit.
