HOPE SF Potrero Phase 3 - Abatement & Demo
In preparation for new construction for Phase 3 of the HOPE SF – Rebuild Potrero master plan redevelopment, BRIDGE Housing Corporation (“BRIDGE”) will conduct abatement and demolition activities. These activities include abating and demolishing existing vacant buildings in the Phase 3 Annex area of the Potrero Hill public housing complex, which is currently owned and operated by the San Francisco Housing Authority (SFHA). Before abatement and demolition begin, BRIDGE will coordinate with SFHA to identify and plan for the relocation needs of existing residents and service providers occupying the 23 buildings in the Phase 3 area that are slated for demolition. Once the relocation needs have been identified and all existing residents and service providers have been relocated from the Annex, BRIDGE will abate, demolish and off-haul 154 units spread across all 23 buildings in the Phase 3 area [see appendix files for site plans].

The Normandy Apts - Owner's Rep
TNDC: The Normandy Apartments is a 108-unit building constructed in 1968. The building consists of 78 studios and 30 one-bedroom units, along with 120 parking spaces. The building is in good condition, and the rehabilitation will prioritize fire life safety improvements, building systems near the end of life, such as the electrical, as well as unit and common area accessibility improvements and ADA upgrades. The proposed scope includes adding caged, exposed fire sprinklers to every unit, replacing outdated Federal Pacific panels and subpanels, bringing egress signage up to code, patching of the roof, window repairs, modifying units for ADA compliance, common area ADA compliance including path of travel, exterior and parking repairs and touch up paint. The need to replace the sewer lateral on site has been documented through camera scoping completed by plumbing vendor. The budget also accounts for asbestos remediation related to the sprinkler and electrical panel work.

Balboa Reservoir Building A - Early DB Trades
The Guzman Construction Group, Inc.: Building A will be the second affordable housing development at Balboa Reservoir with 158 affordable family units and one unit reserved for building staff. In addition to the residential uses, a large community facility, teen room, and small tot lot will be amenities available for residence. Approximately 68 parking stalls will be provided on-site along with 116 bicycle parking stalls with additional space for cargo bikes and e-bike charging. The building will be six stories of Type I-A construction.
