Vacant Commercial Spaces Funding Program

This funding opportunity is being issued by the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (“MOHCD”). Respondents must be nonprofit entities that are capable of entering into contracts with the city, meet the requirement of city funding, and demonstrate the need for financial support to complete necessary build-out of vacant commercial spaces for occupancy.

Housing Authority Integration Technical Assistance

This Request for Proposals (“solicitation”) is being issued by the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (“MOHCD”). MOHCD is seeking qualified suppliers to provide technical assistance and policy expertise as it relates to updating MOHCD programs to provide for integration of housing authority functions within MOHCD’s housing work.
