Vacant Commercial Spaces Funding Program

This funding opportunity is being issued by the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (“MOHCD”). Respondents must be nonprofit entities that are capable of entering into contracts with the city, meet the requirement of city funding, and demonstrate the need for financial support to complete necessary build-out of vacant commercial spaces for occupancy.

Advisory Services RFP - Housing Authority Integration

This Request for Proposals (“solicitation”) is being issued by the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (“MOHCD”).
