Setting up: 5 to 7 am
Arriving at the market
You can start unloading your vehicle and setting up at 5 am
Bring everything you need with you, including chairs and tables. We don’t have any you can use.
Driving and parking
Drive carefully. Don’t go faster than 5 miles per hour on the market grounds.
Park your vehicle in the lot by 5 am.
You can only use 1 parking spot. We don't allow trailers or mobile homes in our lot.
You can't drive on market grounds between 7 am and 3 pm (unless there's an emergency).
Getting your stall ready
As you set up, make sure:
- Your tables or goods aren’t blocking the walkway, road, or fire lanes
- Your table is sturdy and your goods are set up carefully so they won’t fall or get blown away
You won’t have access to electricity. We don’t have electrical outlets and don’t allow portable generators.
By 7 am, your stall needs to be set up and ready to sell. If you’re late and haven’t told us in advance, we may give your stall to another vendor.
Selling goods at the market: 7 am to 3 pm
During market hours
Keep your stall clean and organized.
Be polite to your customers and other vendors. We don’t allow rude or violent behavior.
You may play music, but keep the volume low. Only people in your stall should be able to hear it.
Making sales
Remember to charge customers local and state sales tax.
Be ready to give receipts to customers for items worth $15 or more (if they ask for it). The receipt has to have the name of your business on it.
When you’re in or near your stall, you’re not allowed to:
- Drink alcohol or use illegal drugs
- Smoke (within 25 feet of selling areas)
- Cook food, use grills, or light fires
- Have pets with you
- Break down or damage your stall or canopy
Closing down
Trash
Take your trash with you and throw it out at home or at your workplace. If you leave trash behind, you can get a violation letter or suspension (which means you can’t sell in the market for a while). Learn more about violations.
Leaving the market
You need to clean up and leave the market grounds by 4 pm.
