Engaging and impactful summer career exploration opportunities through OFA and B2SF
OFA and B2SF Initiatives
Opportunities for All (OFA) is a youth career exploration and workforce development initiative designed to address economic inequality by ensuring all young people who live or attend school in the City can be a part of San Francisco’s thriving economy through hands-on skill building and mentorship opportunities.
The Black 2 San Francisco (B2SF) initiative offers a transformative and empowering six-week program for 70 students. B2SF interns living, learning, and working in the City contribute to San Francisco's economic revitalization and help to cultivate future leaders in tech, government, education, and beyond.
