Annual monitoring for MOHCD program owners

For all programs, we will ask for proof every year that everyone listed on the title lives at the home. You are not allowed to rent out your home on platforms like Airbnb. You can still live in your unit after your income increases. Be sure to read the manual for your specific homebuyer program. We will ask for proof that all the rules are being followed.
