3. 311 will connect you to an Ambassador
4. You and the Ambassador agree where and when to meet.
The Ambassador will usually get there within 15 minutes.
Language
You can speak to 311 in your own language.
Community Ambassadors usually speak Spanish, Chinese and Filipino.
Why do we offer safety escorts?
We want everyone in San Francisco to get where they are going safely. Community Ambassadors wear yellow jackets and promote the safety and well-being of San Franciscans and visitors.
