What to do
Your organization, school, or work site can learn hands only cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) from members of the Community CPR coalition. Cost is free. You must fill out the form at least 30 days in advance of when you would like to have the training.
The application should include:
- The name of your organization
- Contact information
- The address where the training will take place
- The number of participants
- The language the training must be in if not English
If the training is to be outside, you’ll also have to include a plan in case of inclement weather.
Have 3 possible training dates
To fill out the form, you’ll need to provide 3 possible dates and times that your group can be trained. They should not be on the same day.
Training can only be Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
We will get back to you to confirm which one of the three proposed times will work.
The CPR training will last 1 hour.

Once you submit your form, your point of contact will hear back from us in 2 business days to confirm the training date and time.

If you need to request a training time outside of Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, complete the form, but then reach out to us by email at SFCPRinitiative@sfgov.org to discuss.
