GTFA does not manage the following requirements. Refer questions to the appropriate City or State agency.
1. Make sure your organization is in good standing
Check to make sure your organization has:
- Current business registration with the Treasurer & Tax Collector
- “Active” status with the California Secretary of State
- “Current” status with the California Office of the Attorney General
2. Comply with other City agency requirements
For all grantees
- Comply with the Health Care Accountability Ordinance by emailing a completed HCAO Declaration (Word or PDF) to sfcitypartnersupport@sfgov.org
- Comply with the Minimum Compensation Ordinance by emailing a completed MCO Declaration (Word or PDF) to sfcitypartnersupport@sfgov.org
- Comply with the Chapter 12B Equal Benefits Program
For grantees with awards over $50,000
- Comply with the First Source Hiring program by submitting this online form, DocuSign
