About the SF Immigrant Forum 
The SF Immigrant Forum, formerly known as SF-CAIRS, is a coalition of inter-agency partnership between the Office of Civic Engagement and Immigrant Affairs, Department of Public Health, Human Services Agency and the Mayor’s Office on Housing and Community Development to share immigrant services and resources in San Francisco.

The SF Immigrant Forum reflects a renewed alignment for those working to support immigrants, asylees, and refugees in San Francisco. 


The SF Immigrant Forum Regular Meeting is intended to convene service providers, share resources and information, and enhance immigrant community support efforts.

The SF Immigrant Forum Regular Meetings will include both special topics and recurring items, such as:

  • Special topics presentation(s) from community partners on resources and opportunities for immigrants in the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Relevant updates from the SF Immigrant Forum Steering Committee
    • Office of Civic Engagement and Immigrant Affairs (OCEIA)
    • Department of Public Health (DPH)
    • Human Services Agency (HSA)
    • Mayor’s Office on Housing and Community Development (MOHCD)
