Webinar: City-Wide & Contracting Labor Laws for Non-Profit Grantees
Join the Office of Labor Standards Enforcement (OLSE) for a live webinar to learn about City-Wide and Contracting labor laws applicable to Non-Profit Grantees who operate in the City and County of San Francisco.
Compliance with these labor laws is a requirement of your grant and operating in the City and County of San Francisco. Each session will offer best practices and common compliance issues you should avoid. A live question and answer session will conclude each session.
Attend the entire event or come and go as you like for the session(s) you are interested in. If you are unable to attend, a recording and a copy of the slide deck will be available on the OLSE website after the event.

- Fair Chance Ordinance – Employers with 5 of more employees
10:45 am – Session 4
- Family Friendly Workplace Ordinance – Employers with 20 or more employees
11:30 am – Session 5
- Paid Parental Leave Ordinance – Employers with 20 or more employees
12:30 pm – Session 6
- Health Care Security Ordinance – Non-Profit Employers with 50 or more employees
- Military Leave Pay Protection Act – Employers with 100 or more employees
