Shelter Grievance Advisory Committee
The Shelter Grievance Advisory Committee receives and reviews reports relating to the Shelter Grievance Policy and complaints regarding the enforcement of shelter rules.
The Shelter Grievance Advisory Committee meets quarterly in city hall. Meeting access information is included in the agenda.

About
The purpose of the Shelter Grievance Advisory Committee (SGAC) is to advise HSH on the Shelter Grievance Policy, as described in Article XVIII of the Administrative Code. The SGAC receives and reviews reports relating to the Shelter Grievance Policy and complaints regarding arbitrators, and advises on policies and procedures regarding denial of shelter in city-funded shelters. Members are appointed by the Homelessness Oversight Commission.
