From November 2021, all new City websites, online applications, and digital content are required to:
Follow SF's equitable design requirements
Write all vital information at or below a 5th grade level
Translate all vital information by humans

San Francisco Digital Services works with other City departments to improve public services. We’re re-thinking how public services are designed, by understanding what our users need and building with an agile approach.

We're working on critical issues like affordable housing, the City's Covid response and building permits.
